A Big WoW for Lust for Justice!

I thought I'd give a look-see to Amazon's bestseller list in the category of Biographies of Lawyers and Judges and there was Lust for Justice in 15th position!!! What a wonderful WOW!!! This book was published in 2010 and it's still going strong on the bestseller list in the world's biggest bookstore.  That's breath-taking!

I must say, the wisdoms in this book serve me every day in one way or another, and I'm not even a lawyer. And I must also say that in today's world which is so bereft of heart, soul or humanity, this book restores all of the above. It's a rare thing. The voices that restore us to our humanity are few and far between. I feel honored to have written about two of them: J. Tony Serra and Marcel Marceau.      www.lustforjustice.net

Still no trial date given for Serra's next humongous case about Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow involving CA Senator Leland Yee. There are so many defendants (29) that the trial may be broken up into 2 parts. I look forward to being in the courtroom with my sketch pad on my knees.

News: Still no court date set for Tony Serra's Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow case. This case is so big and so complex that it's taking its sweet time to untangle. I look forward to being there in the courtroom again drawing Tony at what he does best: going for the jugular and laying bare the B.S.

I have a huge collection of Tony art that I've done over the years. It's pretty stunning! If anyone is interested in the entire collection -- no cherry picking -- and is ready to offer me a price I cannot refuse, I could be interested in selling it. It's a collector's item. Lust for Justice has hit #21 this morning on Amazon's digital bestseller list in its category. This book is nearing the 3 year mark on the bestseller list since it publication in October, 2010. It continues to empower and inspire it's readers from all ranks and walks of life. It was a hit at the National Criminal Defense Lawyers Convention in San Francisco last July. A year ago last August, 2012, Native American Nii Nee read Lust for Justice while incarcerated, facing 5 years in prison and $150,000 bail; he fired his court appointed lawyers and went into his jury trial pro se. The jury acquitted him! He made history for his people!
